This role demands a balance of strategic vision and hands-on delivery, with responsibility for designing and implementing marketing plans that align with our client’s mission and drive growth.The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter capable of managing all facets of marketing – from high-level strategy to detailed delivery. Collaboration with external partners may also be required.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive marketing strategies to drive community growth, elevate brand visibility, and generate leads for events, awards, and programs.
• Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging organic content, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media.
• Create and manage a cohesive content strategy, ensuring messaging aligns with our clients mission and resonates with a global community.
• Design and maintain marketing assets, including email templates, social media visuals, and event collateral, ensuring a consistent and professional brand identity.
• Define and track key performance indicators, analyse campaign performance, and present regular reports with actionable insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless and successful campaign execution.

Who are you?We’re seeking a skilled B2B marketer with at least 7 years of experience, including a strong track record in B2B event marketing and success in strategy and execution. The ideal candidate is adept at managing and executing marketing campaigns across email, social media, content, and digital platforms, with experience integrating paid advertising into broader marketing efforts. They should be capable of taking ownership of projects, managing resources effectively, and consistently delivering results. A resourceful and solutions-oriented mindset is essential, along with the ability to pivot and address challenges as they arise.
