Having sustained market-leadership within the AU-NZ region, we take pride on being accessible and delivering a quality product to our retailer customers and partnering with them to share success and enable us to extend our glow to the far corners (and bathrooms) of the world.The role:Will lead the UK/EU Digital and Ecommerce Team and working closely with the Global Digital and Ecommerce partners to successfully develop and execute the digital marketing and ecommerce strategy for the UK and EU region.What you will do:

  • Be responsible for digital activity for the Bondi Sands brand in the UK/EU market, to achieve revenue and growth goals and to continue to capture the Gen Z and Millennial audience.
  • Be responsible for the creation, management and ongoing growth of the Bondi Sands online brand.com business in the UK and EU. By providing an attractive and convenient online shopping experience for our customers, our eCommerce platforms will ultimately provide a profitable business unit for the company.
  • As a key leader in the Region, you will be responsible for leading the UK/EU Digital and Ecommerce team to effectively manage all digital and social marketing content/campaigns ensuring that the Bondi Sands brand remains relevant to the UK/EU customers across all digital touchpoints, including social media, website, 3rd parties and online communities.
  • Working closely with the UK/EU marketing team and the Global Head of Digital and Ecommerce to successfully develop and execute the regional Ecommerce strategy. You will be responsible for our online revenue for the brand.com business. You will undertake various developmental plans driven by data analysis to help increase our online product sales, repeat purchases, basket size, and customer acquisition by providing an optimal shopping experience that aligns with the Bondi Sands brand and customer experience strategy.

What you will need:

  • 8+ years experience gained within ECommerce and Digital roles, including paid digital media, SEO & SEM, display, social media, influencer and digital targeting capabilities
  • Experience overseeing or marketing on popular social media platforms, including Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok
  • Experience with SEM and Google Search
  • Experience within the CPG, retail, beauty or fast-fashion industry
  • Experience leading and building a digital marketing team
  • Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced growth environment
  • Experience marketing to a similar shopper – Gen Z / Millennial highly regarded
  • Experience with multi-device platforms
  • Experience dealing with a CRM >100k subscribers
  • Demonstrated experience growing customers, sales and database size
