There are not enough qualified nursery teachers in London for the number of vacancies across our sector. You’ll work closely with our Head of Recruitment to understand and prioritise needs. You’ll develop and execute strategies to:· Build our employer brand.· Attract high-quality qualified candidates for many nursery roles and locations.You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and ensuring everything is measurable and delivers a high ROI. This role offers the opportunity to develop a fun employer brand, collaborating with talented content creators to showcase the magic of our nurseries.If you enjoy a challenge and have a track record of creating and delivering strong advertising tactics that immediately deliver applicants to hard to fill roles we want to hear from you.What you’ll be doing:Strategic Talent Attraction:· Develop and execute LEYF’s talent attraction strategy across multiple channels (job boards, LEYF social media channels, website, events and out of home).· Collaborate with the Head of Recruitment to deliver the job board advertising strategy, writing compelling ads for platforms like Indeed and CVLibrary.· Analyse campaign performance and report to key stakeholders regularly.· Understand the qualities of a great LEYF employee to target the right people, at the right time, with the right messaging.Employer Brand Champion:· Drive employer brand awareness and inspire applications through social media, email marketing, paid ads, and offline marketing.· Be a positive and proactive member of the Marketing team, collaborating to plan, write, and develop compelling content that engages prospective employees.Campaign & Content Expertise:· Develop effective recruitment campaigns and content that will make a difference.· Be data-driven, analysing results to continuously improve future content, campaigns, and channel usage.· Brainstorm and design elements in Canva or a similar platform.· Conceptualise and create video content to be used on social media platforms with ability to put people at ease.Operational Efficiency:· Meet deadlines and manage the recruitment marketing calendar.· Oversee the development of recruitment collateral, national and virtual career events.· Partner with the Recruitment team to optimise application journeys on our careers website and improve conversion rates.Building Relationships:· Gain buy-in from key stakeholders and build trusting partnerships.· Manage job boards and relationships with account managers.Who we’re looking for:· Passion and expertise in recruitment marketing.· A collaborative positive team player. You will have great communication skills as this role works across two teams (Marketing & Recruitment).· Experience positioning a business as an employer of choice whilst driving ongoing advertising tactics.· The ability to think strategically about channels, content, and messaging to continuously improve our talent attraction strategy.· Proven ability to deliver recruitment advertising, social media campaigns, and employer branding activities.· Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.· A curious and analytical mind with the ability to extract and analyse data quickly to optimise campaign performance.· Confidence to develop relationships, influence, and reassure stakeholders.· Strong project management and prioritisation skills.Interested?
