Are you a motivated Marketing Manager OR Digital Marketing Manager who wants to work in a sector that means something and where you can make a genuine impact on the lives of young learners? Our client is a business in the EdTech sector, and they are looking for someone with a fab broad marketing skillset but weighted to digital. Our client has an office in Birmingham, and they operate in a mostly remote way, but you will be on-site once every 4 to 6 weeks (the office is there if you want to go in more). The salary for this role is in line with market values and will be discussed at qualification stage.

The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager OR Digital Marketing Manager to join this well-established business with a small but growing marketing team, a culture of ownership, innovation and trust. Making a big impact with your work will be super important to you, as will having a clear sight of the social benefits your work delivers.
This role will work closely with the Head of Marketing to contribute to the company’s marketing strategy across markets, develop, implement and report on fully integrated campaigns (both digital and traditional channels) that generate demo bookings, build brand awareness with key audiences, and maximise retention.
Other responsibilities will include:
Work with the Head of Marketing to contribute towards marketing strategy
Develop, implement and report on fully integrated campaigns with a focus on digital marketing
Further develop the company’s use of Salesforce and Pardot to create trackable, automated and engaging campaigns that generate and nurture leads
Take a data-driven, test and refine approach to ensure maximum ROI
Management / Assistance with events/exhibitions (in person, virtual, conferences, webinars, etc)
Email marketing; setting up campaigns, feeding into the content strategy and reporting on the campaign results, looking at making improvements
Paid media (managing campaigns across PPC, SEO, paid social media)
Get involved with creating content across the different channels mostly in the form of written content
Press/PR and lobbying
Social media management: developing strategies and understanding what content performs well on each channel
Website management
About You
To be successful in this role you will need:
Experience in Salesforce and Pardot is ideally required BUT if you have all other experience please still apply
Strong experience in CRM management and email marketing
Brilliant experience in managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads and social media advertising
An interest and experience in SEO and experience in reporting on paid media campaigns
A passion for marketing and a desire to grow with a great company

Experience within the tech or education sectors is desirable but by no means essential. This is a small growing team though, so being a genuine team player, who loves to work collaboratively with others and contribute ideas, is an absolute must.
