You will play a crucial role in the creation and implementation of our B2B brands 3 year strategy and the direction of our portfolios and innovation roadmap across Dulux Trade, Sikkens and Armstead sold for the Domestic & Commercial Professional Sectors. This will include collaborating with local and EMEA colleagues to translate the strategy into the annual plans to deliver growth.Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate to develop a 3 year brand strategy and innovation pipeline and gain buy in of the yearly brand plans
  • Deliver innovation into the market collaborating with local and EMEA teams
  • Review, prioritise & implement key brand and portfolio strategies, the initiatives and collaborate to ensure brilliant execution across the business to deliver a clear comms and customers plan.
  • Deliver the ABR plan (Vol, GIV, EBIT & specific brand health & share targets).
  • Nurture & coach a small team of marketing professionals.

Job Requirements

  • Ideally bachelor’s degree in marketing/business.
  • Extensive experience of marketing in high performing businesses managing multiple categories and/or brands, NPD and portfolio management.
  • Good knowledge across consumer/professional markets.
  • Skilled at nurturing & coaching teams.
  • Comfortable working within a matrix organisation structure.
