Our prestigious US Law Firm Client are seeking to hire a proven Marketing Manager to join their expanding London team.
Based in stunning offices, 5 mins walking distance of City Thameslink
Hybrid working of 2-3 days in the office, the rest remote, dependent on busy periods
Salary circa 70k DOE
The Marketing Manager the role will report into the Business Development Director whilst managing a Business Development & Marketing Coordinator. Due to the firm’s growth across the London office, the firm are keen to hire an experienced Marketing Manager & Business Development Manager to collaborate with Heads of Department, Partners and Business Service Partners to run all strategic marketing campaigns and events, showcasing the firm’s expertise and attract new clients to the London office.
The firm operate an encouraging flexible office working balance however the Marketing Manager must be willing to attend the office during busy times, events, campaign roll outs, etc.
The duties for the Marketing Manager include;
- Lead on marketing & BD strategies, campaigns and projects
- Identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats
- Enhance the firm’s profile and brand through digital media, conferences and during round table discussions with department heads
- Keep up to date with legal sector and competitor trends, best practices, and regulatory developments
- Manage the firm’s digital footprint, maintaining website content, social media channels, and online directories
- Lead on directory and awards submissions for the London office
- Manage the productivity and enhance the firm’s CRM database
- Events management (onsite seminars, webinars, bespoke client events)
- Research and identify sponsoring and/or speaking opportunities at networking events
- Provide direct support on production of pitch materials and marketing literature
The Marketing Manager will possess;
- Minimum 5 years’ proven experience of working in a demanding Marketing / Business Development position within a London law firm, running various campaigns
- Educated to degree level, additional marketing qualifications would be beneficial
- Strong CRM knowledge and understanding of digital marketing channels
- First class communication, writing and presentation skills
