of our CRM Systems ensuring we have optimal communications with our players. Working closely with the Marketing Operations Manager this role will support the
maintenance of all automated system-led communications and ongoing governance within our CRM systems, including configuration, maintenance and optimisation of
templates, workflows and datasets.So, what will you be doing?

  • Be a key contact point with product and data for all MarTech requirements, troubleshooting and issue escalation.
  • Working on MarTech systems such as Braze, Movable Ink, IMI, Chamaileon and AB Tasty.
  • Upskilling CRM team on automation best practices and assist with onboarding of new MarTech systems.
  • Creation and ownership of complex, personalised, multichannel and dynamic automated campaign workflows.
  • Implement effective, multivariate, multichannel tests with clear goals and objectives.
  • Own campaign creation architecture, lead & list management, segmentation set up and QA & governance of campaigns, workflows and data issues.
  • System maintenance
  • Create and update housekeeping documentation and training materials
  • Forecasting and reporting.
  • CRM strategy – working with direct CRM team and 3rd parties to help deliver overarching CRM strategy.

And what are we looking for?

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations
  • Extensive Braze Platform Experience
  • Expert in CRM tooling systems and processes
  • Experience monitoring and using data to make decisions.
  • Great organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience managing and maintaining marketing budgets
  • Demonstrated experience managing campaigns in marketing technology systems at fast-paced B2C organisations
  • Advanced experience in marketing automation
  • Experience with implementing processes and best practices to ensure proper execution and tracking of marketing campaigns
