Working as part of the Marketing department, you will take responsibility for managing substantial budgets, our relationship with Kia Finance, and contributing towards our market-leading campaigns.The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about consumer finance, value process and improvements, and analytical with a good attention to data accuracy teamed with great communication skills. They will be the go-to person and expert on our offers and dealer-facing communications.The associated job description outlines the skills and knowledge needed for the role; if this sounds like you, and you can demonstrate your passion and ideas to take this role to the next level, we would love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities/Tasks:The Marketing Programmes Specialist will support the Marketing Programmes team in developing and delivering high quality incentive programmes to promote Kia UK’s retail sales. The individual will be a key part of the development, accurate budgeting and presentation of new quarterly campaigns. This role provides a unique opportunity to work across multiple areas of Kia to improve our retail sales and finance penetration. This role will also involve working closely with the Field Team and Kia Finance to ensure our offers have the maximum impact.AnalyticalKey senior member of the Marketing Programmes team, with the specific responsibility of modelling and controlling the substantial KUK incentive spendActive involvement in presentations to Senior Management as part of quarterly campaign sign off processesConsolidate the quarterly incentive actuals and ensure the quality of the data, to accurately calculate and forecast the quarterly incentive spendProduce monthly performance and benchmark reports including PCP/PCH benchmarks and performance dashboardsLead on the development of ad-hoc reporting to support key business decisionsSupport with the European Quarterly Business Review processLead Marketing Programmes elements of the Incentive Management SystemCreativeDevelop exciting and impactful quarterly campaigns to support Kia UKs retail performanceGenerate new ideas for how we approach our campaignsWork closely with the wider marketing and PR teams to ensure effective communication of all campaigns and offersCreate key commercial updates and presentations providing excellent exposure to all areas of KUKAssist with the creation of the quarterly programmes guide and shape the news content to ensure key messages are clear and engagingImplement payments to dealers for specific incentives and manage queries, while working closely with the finance department to ensure accuracyOtherDeputise for Marketing Programmes ManagerProvide senior support and guidance to Marketing Programmes AnalystProactively look for new ways to improve processes and reportingEngage with the Finance department, Field Team and the dealer network on a range of topicsAbout YouEducated to degree level or relevant industry experienceMinimum two years’ work experience in an analytical / numerical roleExperience of SAP and PowerPoint is desirableExcellent knowledge and proficient in ExcelHighly numerate and displaying strong attention to detailExcellent communication skills both written and verbalExcellent self-starter with string ability to work both within a team and under one’s own initiativeExperience of being able to manage cross-company projects to a high standardThe Benefits🌊 Flexible working hours (core hours between 10:00am-3:00pm)🏡 Hybrid working (up to 2 days a week remote working pro rata)🚗 Employee Car Scheme (car lease + insurance all included from £80/month)🍳 Onsite Chef –
