Your opportunity
The role reports into the Head of Marketing and will work closely with the marketing and communications team and wider organisation to accelerate HammondCare’s goal to shape the sector and reach those in need whose lives would be improved by our care services.
As our Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of successful, integrated marketing and communications plans, tactics and materials aligned to our strategic initiatives. This includes supporting the operational teams with marketing to support business growth and increase awareness of services.
As an excellent project manager who thrives in an agile workplace culture, the Marketing Specialist will prepare design, communications and digital briefs, drive assigned projects, manage stakeholder relationships and workflows, and ensure outcomes are of high standard that meet objectives.
Working in a fast-paced, agile environment, the role requires exceptional attention to detail, including regular reviews and proof reading of content; along with data refinement and analysis.

Experience you’ll bring:
- A passionate marketer with 3+ years’ experience supporting the development, implementation and measurement of marketing projects/activities/campaigns to achieve targeted results.
- Tertiary qualified, ideally with a major in Marketing.
- Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals.
- Well-developed stakeholder management skills.
- Able to prioritise work, set key milestones and meet deadlines.
- Able to write effective briefs and manage creative projects.
- Understanding of analytics and reporting.
- Strong in Microsoft office suite.
