Due to a continued level of demand, they are looking for highly motivated well-driven Marketing Specialist to join their team.Main responsibilities:

• Design and implement data-driven performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels such as PPC, SEM, social media, display advertising, and email.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align performance marketing efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.
• Plan, launch, and monitor online advertising campaigns with a focus on maximizing ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyse campaign data, customer behaviour, and market trends to derive actionable insights.
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for optimization.
• Manage and allocate budgets effectively across various marketing channels to achieve cost-efficiency and maximum impact.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to optimise landing pages and creatives for improved conversion rates.
• Implement strategies to enhance user experience and drive higher conversion.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
• Recommend and implement innovative approaches to stay ahead of the competition.

Essential Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3 years Performance Marketing Specialist experience or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms.
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Working experience of Ebay and Amazon is desirable but not essential.
