Due to a continued level of demand, they are looking for highly motivated well-driven Marketing Specialist to join their team.Main responsibilities:
Design and implement data-driven performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels such as PPC, SEM, social media, display advertising, and email.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align performance marketing efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.
Plan, launch, and monitor online advertising campaigns with a focus on maximizing ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Analyse campaign data, customer behaviour, and market trends to derive actionable insights.
Provide regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for optimization.
Manage and allocate budgets effectively across various marketing channels to achieve cost-efficiency and maximum impact.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to optimise landing pages and creatives for improved conversion rates.
Implement strategies to enhance user experience and drive higher conversion.
Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
Recommend and implement innovative approaches to stay ahead of the competition.
Essential Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
3 years Performance Marketing Specialist experience or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and performance metrics.
Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms.
Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Working experience of Ebay and Amazon is desirable but not essential.
