Orange Sky is the world’s-first free mobile laundry and shower service provided to people experiencing homelessness. We offer a platform for everyday Australians to connect by creating a safe, positive and supportive environment for people who are too often ignored or who feel disconnected from the community.
The Role
Orange Sky is seeking a dedicated Marketing Support Officer to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling content that resonates with our diverse audiences.
In this position, you will leverage your marketing knowledge to support various programs and practices as well as campaign execution across departments, ensuring our mission of “Positively Connecting Communities” is effectively communicated.
Your creativity and passion for our cause will be pivotal in promoting our brand and impact across all channels. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful cause and work in a supportive, experienced team to expand your skills.
In a nutshell this role will be responsible for:
- Assist with campaigns and projects that enhance our brand, visibility and reputation within the community
- Support and coordinate content development across channels ensuring it adheres to brand, tone of voice and audience
- Work with the broader marketing team as well as external agencies and suppliers to develop content
- Provide administrative support across the team
- Review, update and implement internal processes to improve efficiencies and ways of working
- Work alongside subject matter experts to improve marketing journeys, performance tracking and optimisation

To be successful in this role, you will align with the Orange Sky values, as well as possess:
- Experience in a similar role with face-paced organisation, ideally within the non-for-profit sector
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, or equivalent experience
- Passion for giving back to the community and the non-for-profit space
- Eagerness to learn and a high level of attention to detail
- A team player attitude who thrives in a fast paced environment and is looking to progress their skills and career
