There is a wide selection of wines and new seasonal cocktails, which can be enjoyed with lunch, dinner or after hours.The Role…We are seeking an experienced Massage Therapist to join our Central London team at Soho Health Club-180 House (WC2R 1EA). Our Massage Therapists ensure that the member receives the highest standard of treatments. You will guide members through our offerings and determine which massages would benefit them the most.What we are looking for…

• NVQ Level 3, ITEC, VTCT OR equivalent deep tissue related qualifications
• Excellent customer service skills and a true passion for making others feel better
• A team player
• Going above and beyond for clients to make sure they have a unique experience
• Confident in building relationships with your clients and recommending products
• Drive to maintain high standards of treatment service and retail recommendations
• Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Customer / member experience focused
• Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
