Proposal Submittals Documents and required information listed in submittals are necessary in order to support the eligibility criteria and to conduct technical evaluations of received offers (and due diligence).
Documents supporting the Eligibility Criteria:
1- Please submit a Company Registration/Or ‘’Iraqi National ID (For Individuals Only). ( تسجيل شهادة تقديم يرجى (الشركة او ” هوية وطنية عراقية صالحة 2- Valid tax clearance (2023 or 2024) for Companies only
3- The offeror must have a valid business bank account (Company) or Personal bank account (For individuals), Mercy Corps will make all payments through either bank transfers or checks.
Documents to conduct the Technical Evaluation and additional Due Diligence:
1- Consultant profile and expertise, based on an overview profile (%40)
● Consultant CV including a cover letter and resume highlighting relevant experience related to the assignment, including a high-level approach to delivering the training
● Fluency in both English and Arabic languages
● A master’s or bachelor’s degree with 10 years of professional experience. minimum of 10 years of experience in the Microfinance industry in Iraq and specific experience of at least 3 years in delivering training on risk management to different management tiers in the MFIs. (Please provide a Work Certificate in one of the MFI institutions.
