Mercy Corps is a non-religious, non-profit, and non-governmental international humanitarian organization.

Mercy Corps is seeking a Supplier to provide a service for EXTERNAL STUDY: DEFINING AND ASSESSING SYSTEMIC CHANGE ACROSS PERMA-I AND II about MARKETSYSTEMS RESILIENCE CAPACITIES. The project was located at [Ninewa and Salaheddin Governorate].

After the closing date of this Tender Notice, the Request for Proposal will be sent to the suppliers who submitted Intent to Bid Forms. The Request for Proposal will be sent according to the preference you have mentioned in the Intent to Bid Form.

Please note – you are NOT REQUIRED to submit your Offers at this stage.

Complete Tender Package will be shared with those who submitted signed and stamped ITB (Intent to Bid) and Supplier Information Forms promptly.
