They have gained an excellent reputation for providing M&E and energy services from design and specification to installation, maintenance & servicing.Due to sustained growth and increased workload, they are recruiting for an M&E Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join their business.The role: As the company Quantity Surveyor/Estimator, your role will involve reviewing agreed tenders, analysing specifications, and designs to complete take offs. Calculating the cost of materials, labour, and prelims. Obtaining quotes from specialist or named suppliers. Communication with clients to manage needs and expectations. Visiting prospective sites to support tender bids. Liaising closely with others team members within the company to compile a tender return or bid.
