About the Position
IID is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented M&E Roving Assistant (Pending Donor Approval) to support data collection, monitoring, and reporting across all project locations in Ninewa. The position requires frequent field visits and close coordination with all project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Report directly to the M&E Officer (Line Manager) and provide regular updates on data collection and monitoring activities
- Support implementation of M&E plans and tools across all locations
- Conduct regular field visits to Mosul, Baaj, and Telafar
- Support data collection processes from MHPSS and livelihood teams
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Assist in verifying field data and monitoring activity implementation
- Support baseline, midline, and endline assessments
- Assist in managing databases and data entry
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of M&E records
- Support the preparation of reports (weekly, monthly, and final)
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely data submission
- Identify data gaps and report issues to the M&E Officer
- Support training of staff on data collection tools when required
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive data
- Follow safeguarding and PSEA standards in all activities
