MDV is seeking applications from Palestine-based individuals interested in contributing to peace and security, social cohesion, stabilization, and humanitarian projects.
We welcome researchers, humanitarian workers, and consultants at all levels – Junior, Mid-level, and Senior – to join our expanding portfolio of projects, spanning various geographies and services. We are specifically looking for Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) consultants and researchers to support specific assignments in close collaboration with MDV staff and implementing partners across project sites, mainly in peace and security, social cohesion, stabilization, and peacebuilding fields.

What We Offer:
We offer competitive compensation, with daily rates ranging from $100 USD/day for Junior Consultants, $200-300 USD/day for Mid-level consultants, and from $450 for Senior experts.

Thematic Areas:
We are seeking professionals who can contribute to a diverse portfolio in the following thematic and sectoral areas:
Peace and security, social cohesion, stabilization, and peacebuilding projects.
Main Tasks:
Review and prepare technical documents for projects/implementation activities.
Organize peer review processes and consultations with stakeholders.
Conduct literature and scientific reviews.
Design and conduct capacity-building and training sessions.
Provide technical guidance for research, implementation, and scale-up.
Lead project delivery and support, including time and budget management.
Contribute to knowledge synthesis and development.
Actively build and sustain MDV’s community of associates and consultants.
Qualifications and Skills:
University Degree or equivalent in a related field.
Willingness to engage in Short-Term or Long-Term technical assignments.
A minimum of three years of proven experience in social work, humanitarian, charity, NGOs, INGOs, and development in any of the above Thematic areas.
Field experience.
Experience in supporting or undertaking humanitarian or development, and research projects, and M&E tasks.
Skills in English and local languages.
