Description
We are seeking an experienced MEAL Trainer to deliver practical training aimed at strengthening participants’ skills in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning. The trainer will provide hands-on exercises, real-life examples, and guidance to enhance participants’ ability to plan, implement, report, and apply lessons learned in projects aligned with organizational and donor requirements.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
Minimum 7 years of experience working with NGOs and/or humanitarian organizations in MEAL.
Proven experience in designing MEAL frameworks, indicators, data collection, analysis, reporting, and integrating lessons learned.
Previous experience in training and capacity building.
Strong knowledge of MEAL methodologies, tools, and procedures.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex MEAL concepts and deliver them in a practical, hands-on manner.
Excellent writing and drafting skills in Arabic and/or English.
