The University of Florida is seeking a skilled and motivated OPS Mechanic – Wildlife Technician to support the Croc Docs Wildlife Research Team. This position will primarily focus on management of a fleet of field vehicles and vessels. Duties include the maintenance, repair, and inventory of vehicles, airboats, boats, trailers, and research equipment (approximately 60% of duties), while also assisting with wildlife research as needed (approximately 40%).
This is an exciting opportunity for skilled individuals who enjoy working outdoors, solving mechanical challenges, and contributing to wildlife conservation and research efforts across South Florida.
