Shareteah Humanitarian Organization (SHO) is an Iraqi National NGO promoting safety & development through mine action and explosive ordnance risk education (EORE)awareness, and clearance of mines, explosives and remnants of war.to assistance for people affected by armed conflict. Founded in 2016, SHO has organized & executed programs throughout Iraq. including the provinces of Nineveh, Duhok, Kirkuk, Tikrit, Anbar, and Baghdad. It currently holds offices in Duhok and Mosul.

The Mechanic maintains after and manages the repair and maintenance of every SHO vehicle, including the excavator, front loader, JCB, and other vehicles.  In addition, manage and keep all SHO vehicles’ patrol and oil.  The role demands the capacity to maintain machinery under the direct supervision of the Clearance Team Leader, as well as the ability to understand SOPs, take initiative, be accountable, and cooperate.

يقوم الميكانيكي بصيانة وإدارة وإصلاح  كل السيارات والاَليات في منظمة شاريتيه الانسانية ، بما في ذلك الحفارات، اللودر الأمامي، JCB، والاَليات الأخرى. بالإضافة إلى ذلك،عليه ان يدير ويحافظ على وقود وزيوت جميع اَليات منظمة شاريتيه الانسانية. تتطلب الوظيفة القدرة على صيانة الآلات تحت الإشراف المباشر لقائد فريق الإزالة، بالإضافة إلى القدرة على فهم معايير التشغيل القياسية ، والمبادرة، وتحمل المسؤولية، والتعاون.

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct regular maintenance of the Asset in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and in consultation with the on-site Mechanic operator.
• إجراء الصيانة الدورية للمعدات وفقًا لمواصفات الشركة المصنعة وبالتشاور مع المشغل الميكانيكي الموجود في الموقع.
• The mechanic is responsible for overseeing the utilization of the mechanical assets throughout the SHO, which include the excavator, front loader, and JCB, in accordance with requirements and demands.
• الميكانيكي مسؤول عن الإشراف على استخدام الاَليات الميكانيكية في جميع أنحاء منظمة شاريتيه الانسانية ، والتي تشمل الحفارات، اللودر الأمامي، الحفارة (JCB)، وفقًا للمتطلبات والاحتياجات.
• the mechanic is responsible for maintaining and supervising the Patrol, oil, and diesel and other maintenance of the vehicles in the organization When is required and in accordance to the SHO SOP and the company instructions to ensure the efficient functioning of the SHO’s activities. 
• الميكانيكي مسؤول عن صيانة والإشراف على البنزين، والزيوت، والديزل، وأعمال الصيانة الأخرى للاَليات في المنظمة عند الحاجة ووفقاَ لمعايير منظمة شاريتيه الانسانية والشركة المصنعة لضمان أن جميع المعدات تعمل بشكل صحيح وآمن لضمان الفعالية في أداء أنشطة منظمة شاريتيه الانسانية .
• In order to make sure the assets on the field are operating as intended, the mechanic is required to report any issues with the mechanical asset to the clearance team leader.
• من أجل التأكد من أن الاَليات تعمل في الحقل كما هو مخطط لها،ويتعين على الميكانيكي الإبلاغ عن أي مشاكل تتعلق بالاَليات الميكانيكية لقائد فريق الإزالة.
• in order to guarantee that the Mechanical items are appropriately maintained the mechanic must Maintain a close eye while making sure that all maintenance is accurately documented and that the Mechanical folder remains up to date.
• لضمان الصيانة المناسبة للاغراض الميكانيكية، يتعين على الميكانيكي مراقبة دقيقة للتأكد من توثيق جميع أعمال الصيانة بدقة وأن يتم تحديث ملف الصيانة الميكانيكية باستمرار.
• In order to guarantee that the right maintenance has been maintained, the mechanic must always make sure that the mechanical assets are operating according to requirements and adhere to all roles and regulations created by the manufacturer.
• من أجل ضمان أن الصيانة الصحيحة قد تمت، يتعين على الميكانيكي دائمًا التأكد من أن الاَليات الميكانيكية تعمل وفقًا للمتطلبات وتلتزم بجميع الأدوار والتعليمات التي أنشأت من قبل المُصنِّع.
• The Mechanic must verify with the Clearance Team Leader that all mechanic is in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the SHO’s SOP before modifying or maintaining any part of the mechanical assets.
• يتعين على الميكانيكي التأكد مع قائد فريق الإزالة من أن جميع الأعمال الميكانيكية تتوافق مع التعليمات المحددة في المعايير التشغيلية القياسية (SOP) الخاصة بـ منظمة شاريته الانسانية قبل تعديل أو صيانة أي جزء من الاَليات الميكانيكية.
• the mechanic must preserve the confidentiality of the SHO activities, in order to ensure that all information has been transmitted to the appropriate stakeholder and other party by the appropriate personnel and at the right moment.
• يتعين على الميكانيكي الحفاظ على سرية أنشطة منظمة شاريتيه الانسانية، لضمان أن جميع المعلومات قد تم نقلها إلى الجهات المعنية والجهات الأخرى بواسطة الموظفين المناسبين وفي الوقت المناسب.
• The mechanic will take part in all training for mechanical operators in order to deputize them as necessary to ensure efficient operation.
• سيشارك الميكانيكي في جميع التدريبات الخاصة بمشغلي الاَليات الميكانيكية للنيابة عنهم حسب الضرورة لضمان فعالية فريق العمليات .
• Preserve and respect the workplace culture and environment in order to contribute to productive teamwork.
• الحفاظ على ثقافة وبيئة مكان العمل واحترامها للمساهمة في العمل الجماعي المثمر.
• The Mechanic must ensure that PSEA is a key indicator in assessments, and surveys conducted by the operations team to verify that all procedures conform with SHO’s PSEA policy. Furthermore, the Operations Manager must ensure that PSEA activities are covered in Projects.

• Any Other Tasks Required by Lien Manager

Other Requirements:

• Five Years of Experience as Mechanic 
• Must provide a reference letter from a previous employer as a mechanic.
• Experienced in working with both petrol and diesel machinery.
