Mechanical Design Engineer (Building Services)Nottingham – Commutable from Derby, Ilkeston, Bingham, Loughborough, Sutton-in-Ashfield, and surrounding areas£35,000 – £50,000 + Office Based + Monday to Friday + Holiday + Pension + Progression OpportunitiesAre you a Mechanical Design Engineer with the experience in building services and the design of HVAC systems?On offer is a role within an established business that are known in the industry as being be a great place to work, that provides ongoing progression opportunities and where you will be technically challenged on a day to day basis due to their wide range of exciting projects?This specialist company are going through an exciting expansion period with new projects coming their way and have been established themselves within the market to become a stable employer over the past 50 years. They pride themselves on offering a brilliant service to all their clients, having great staff retention and actively invest in new ways to further advance their staff through in house system training and progression.In this role you will be preparing designs, calculations, tender documents and specifications, the ideal candidate will have an understanding of thermal modelling, HVAC experience and a qualification or degree in a relevant building services subject.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to be part of skilled, Design team and be part of a reputable company that are actively looking to expand into new markets and opportunities.The Role:

• Days based role – Monday – Friday 9:00 – 5:30
• Working on various projects in the UK
• Preparation of designs, calculations, tender documents and specifications
• Preparation of budget costs and estimates
• Attending project meetings

The Person:

• Mechanical Design Engineer
• Experience with AutoCAD, TAS & Cymap
• HVAC design experience
• Commutable to Nottingham
