Mechanical Estimator – Building ServicesAre you a Mechanical Estimator professional within the building services industry seeking to make your mark as part of one of the leading M&E Engineering Contractors within the UK?Is now the time for you to take the next step in your career playing a key part in the completion of ranging built environment projects valuing into the tens of millions of pounds with a blue chip, nationally recognised construction company?This Mechanical Estimator role provides the opening to be involved on a portfolio of workings throughout the south west region.The Role –– Prepare full tenders and take responsibility for design and build projects and pre-designed projects– Clarification of tenders comprehensively while identifying and informing of any risks during tender process– To provide accurate budget costs and meeting client/contract deadlines– Conduct basic calculation for D&B projectsRequirements –– Estimation experience or estimation duties conducting within M&E building services role– Overall estimation and Microsoft package software understanding– Ability to recognise and cost VE itemsPackage –– To £55k per annum– Car allowance or company vehicle– 25 days holiday annually, excluding bank holidays– Enhanced 5% employer pension contribution– Private healthcareWR HVAC | M&E are #1 recruitment partner for HVAC jobs.
