Shareteah Humanitarian Organization (SHO) is an Iraqi National NGO promoting safety & development through mine action and explosive ordnance risk education (EORE)awareness, and clearance of mines, explosives and remnants of war.to assistance for people affected by armed conflict. Founded in 2016, SHO has organized & executed programs throughout Iraq. including the provinces of Nineveh, Duhok, Kirkuk, Tikrit, Anbar, and Baghdad. It currently holds offices in Duhok and Mosul.

Medic is responsible for providing medical support to Operation members engaging in clearance process across SHO.  Maintain good sanitary standards in the operational area and base area, in addition to the main goal of the employment. The Medic in SHO will report directly to the Medical Coordinator/Head of Medics.   

المسعف مسؤول عن تقديم الدعم الطبي لأعضاء فريق العمليات المشاركين في عمليات الإزالة لمنظمة شاريتيه الانسانية. كما يتعين عليه الحفاظ على معاييرجيدة من  النظافة الصحية  في منطقة العمليات والمكتب بالإضافة إلى تحقيق الهدف الرئيسي من الوظيفة. سيقوم المسعف في منظمة شاريتيه الانسانية بالتقرير مباشرة إلى منسق الاطباء.

Responsibilities: 

• Medic must provide efficient medical support per SHO’s SOPs to Operations staff on a daily basis, in order to ensure that all Clearance team have the required medical support
• يتعين على المسعف تقديم الدعم الطبي بشكل فعال وفقًا لإجراءات التشغيل القياسية لـمنظمة شاريتيه الانسانية للموظفين في فريق العمليات يوميًا، لضمان أن جميع أعضاء فريق الإزالة يتلقون الدعم الطبي اللازم.
• The Medic must ensure that, in the case of an emergency, he or she is aware of the location and route to the nearest medical facility(s), as well as their phone contact information, in order for the Casevac/Medevac Plan to be carried out successfully in accordance with SHO SOP’s.
• يتعين على المسعف التأكد من معرفة الموقع وأقرب طريق مؤدي إلى المرفق الطبي الأقرب، وكذلك معرفة أرقام هواتفهم في حالة الطوارئ، لضمان تنفيذ خطة الإخلاء الطبي بنجاح وفقًا لإجراءات التشغيل القياسية لـمنظمة شاريتيه الانسانية
• Medic must test and double-check radio communications between the clearance Team, which may include Team Leader or Deputy team leader in the clearance field, in order to ensure that all team members are safe and operating in accordance with the duties and rules.
• يتعين على المسعف اختبار والتحقق من الاتصالات الراديوية بين فريق الإزالة، والتي قد تشمل قائد الفريق أو نائب قائد الفريق في منطقة الإزالة، لضمان سلامة جميع أعضاء الفريق واتباعهم للواجبات والقواعد.
• Medic must make sure that all personal information (blood groups, allergies, etc.) for Operations Employees is documented and regularly updated in order to ensure that all information is accurate in the event of an incident in the field.
• يتعين على المسعف التأكد من توثيق وتحديث جميع المعلومات الشخصية (مثل فصائل الدم والحساسيات) لموظفي العمليات بانتظام لضمان دقة المعلومات في حالة وقوع حادث في الحقل.
• Medics must ensure that visitor information, such as blood group and allergies, is appropriately documented in the Medical Visitor sheet during the visit in order to make sure that all necessary information is available in the event of an accident occurred.  
• يتعين على الأطباء التأكد من توثيق معلومات الزوار، مثل فصيلة الدم والحساسيات في ورقة معلومات الزائر الطبي أثناء الزيارة لضمان توفر جميع المعلومات الضرورية في حالة وقوع حادث.
• Medics must ensure that all medical equipment/supplies are maintained and appropriately available on a daily basis, and they must be aware of medical supply expiration dates in order to ensure all supplies are easily accessible and their position is recognized in the case of an accident.
• يتعين على الأطباء التأكد من توافر جميع المعدات والإمدادات الطبية والحفاظ عليها بشكل يوميًا، ويتعين أن يكونوا على دراية بتاريخ انتهاء صلاحية الإمدادات الطبية لضمان سهولة الوصول إليها ومعرفة موقعها في حالة وقوع حادث.
• Medic must check that all medical supplies are not over their expiration dates. and any medical supplies that are about to expire must be brought to the notice of the Team Leader as soon as possible, and plans must be made for their replacement in order to guarantee that all roles are followed and that expired medication is not used. 
• يتعين على المسعف التحقق من أن جميع الإمدادات الطبية لم تتجاوز تواريخ انتهاء صلاحيتها. ويتعين إبلاغ قائد الفريق بأي إمدادات طبية على وشك الانتهاء في أقرب وقت ممكن، ووضع خطط لاستبدالها لضمان اتباع جميع الإجراءات وعدم استخدام الأدوية منتهية الصلاحية.
• In order to avoid sickness, the medic must ensure that a high degree of cleanliness is maintained in the accommodation spaces and working areas by overseeing the staff food and water hygiene. and the Medic to provide guidance as required and any breaches must be reported to the team leader.
• من أجل تجنب الأمراض، يتعين على المسعف ضمان الحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ من النظافة في أماكن الإقامة ومناطق العمل عن طريق الإشراف على نظافة الطعام والماء الخاص بالموظفين. كما يتعين على المسعف تقديم الارشاد اللازم والإبلاغ عن أي تجاوزات إلى قائد الفريق.
• Medics should constantly pursue and use learning from appropriate training to enhance their abilities and ensure that their information is latest in order to maintain their information up to date.
• يتعين على الأطباء السعي باستمرار للاستفادة من التدريبات لتعزيز قدراتهم والتأكد من أن معلوماتهم محدثة.
• Medic must continuously Maintain and care for all SHO’s Medical equipment. In addition, the Medic will be accountable for any losses or damages caused by carelessness, as well as the cost of repair or replacement, in order to ensure that all SHO’s equipment is kept secure and used as needed.
• يتعين على المسعف الحفاظ على جميع المعدات الطبية الخاصة بـمنظمة شاريتيه الانسانية  ورعايتها بشكل مستمر. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، سيكون المسعف مسؤولاً عن أي خسائر أو أضرار ناتجة عن الإهمال، وكذلك تكلفة الإصلاح أو الاستبدال، لضمان الحفاظ على جميع معدات المنظمة آمنة واستخدامها عند الحاجة.
• Medic must verify, update the Site log and confirm that the team on the field their name is in line with the name mentioned in the list in case of any accident occurred on the field to have full information in hand
• يتعين على المسعف التحقق من سجل الحقل وتحديثه والتأكد من أن أسماء الفريق في الحقل تتطابق مع الأسماء المذكورة في هذه اللقائمة في حالة حدوث أي حادث لتكون جيمع المعلومات في متناول  اليد .
• The Medic conducts a weekly medical equipment check, when any equipment is unavailable, the Medic must request it from the team leader to ensure that all required medical equipment is available in case of an accident and the proper procedure is followed.
• يقوم المسعف بإجراء فحص أسبوعي للمعدات الطبية، وعندما تكون أي معدات غير متاحة، يتعين على المسعف طلبها من قائد الفريق لضمان توفر جميع المعدات الطبية المطلوبة في حالة وقوع حادث والالتزام باتباع بالإجراءات الصحيحة.
• The medic must Follow SHO’s PSEA policy to preserve the trust and safety of the communities SHO serve. also helps maintain our SHO’s ethical standards.
• يجب على المسعف اتباع سياسة PSEA الخاصة بـمنظمة شاريتيه الانسانية للحفاظ على الثقة وسلامة المجتمعات التي تخدمها المنظمة. كما يساعد ذلك في الحفاظ على المعايير الأخلاقية لـمنظمة شاريتيه الانسانية
