Manchester – £30,000 – £55,000 An exceptional career opportunity awaits an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor within a prestigious Legal 500 law firm based in the heart of Manchester. Renowned for its commitment to excellence and it’s accolades in the legal field, this firm is actively seeking a dedicated and seasoned professional to enhance its esteemed, expanding team.

As an award-winning, national law firm, our client stands as a pillar in the legal industry. Due to sustained growth, they are recruiting a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to champion and manage a caseload of complex, high value clinical negligence cases. Experience working with publicly funded cases and making applications to the LAA, working on CFA cases and have practical experience of the CPR issuing claims an litigating cases.

• You will have experience of working on multi-track medical negligence claims.
• Content to attend business development and networking events.
• Be IT literate, including knowledge of using case management software, ideally Proclaim.
• Demonstrate high client care/service skills.
• Have experience of working on publicly funded cases and making applications to the LAA.
• Have experience of working on CFA cases.
• Have practical experience of the CPR, issuing claims and litigating cases.

The successful candidate will be either Grade B or Grade C qualified solicitor (or similar) and experience in dealing with high value Medical Negligence cases. You must show commercial awareness and have a drive to succeed.
