Shareteah Humanitarian Organization (SHO) is an Iraqi National NGO promoting safety & development through mine action and explosive ordnance risk education (EORE)awareness, and clearance of mines, explosives and remnants of war.to assistance for people affected by armed conflict. Founded in 2016, SHO has organized & executed programs throughout Iraq. including the provinces of Nineveh, Duhok, Kirkuk, Tikrit, Anbar, and Baghdad. It currently holds offices in Duhok and Mosul.

The Medical Coordinator/Head of Medic is responsible for providing medical support, Guidance and instruction to the Medical Team within SHO. Maintain good sanitary standards in the operational area as well as the camp/base area, in addition to the main goal of the employment. The Medic in SHO will report directly to the Operations Manager 

المنسق الطبي/ رئيس الاطباء مسؤول عن تقديم الدعم الطبي والتوجيه والتعليمات للفريق الطبي داخل منظمة شاريتيه الانسانية .الحفاظ على معايير صحية جيدة في منطقة العمليات و المكتب، بالإضافة إلى الهدف الرئيسي من التوظيف. المنسق الطبي/ رئيس الفريق الطبي في منظمة شاريتيه الانسانية سيقوم ايضاً بالتقرير مباشرة إلى مدير العمليات.

 

Responsibilities:

• Medic must provide efficient medical support per SHO’s SOPs to Operations staff on a daily basis, in order to ensure that all Clearance team have the required medical support
• يتعين على المنسق الطبي/ رئيس الاطباء توفير الدعم الطبي الفعال وفقًا لإجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs) الخاصة بـ منظمة شاريتيه الانسانية لموظفي العمليات يوميًا، لضمان حصول جميع أفراد فريق الإزالة على الدعم الطبي المطلوب.
• Collaborating with other departments within the organization, as well as external partners such as governmental agencies, NGOs, and local healthcare providers. Effective communication and coordination are vital during emergencies.
• التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى داخل المنظمة، بالإضافة إلى الشركاء الخارجيين مثل الوكالات الحكومية والمنظمات غير الحكومية ومراكز الرعاية الصحية المحلية حيث ان التواصل والتنسيق الفعالين ضروريان أثناء الطوارئ.
• Overseeing the allocation and utilization of medical resources, including personnel, equipment, and supplies. This involves ensuring that the medical team is well-equipped and trained.
• الإشراف على تخصيص واستخدام الموارد الطبية، بما في ذلك الأفراد والمعدات والإمدادات. يتضمن ذلك ضمان أن الفريق الطبي مجهز ومدرب بشكل جيد.
• Implementing and maintaining high standards of medical care. This includes monitoring and evaluating medical programs, ensuring compliance with medical protocols, and continuously improving services.
• التنفيذ والحفاظ على معايير عالية من الرعاية الطبية. يتضمن ذلك مراقبة وتقييم البرامج الطبية، وضمان الامتثال للبروتوكولات الطبية، وتحسين الخدمات باستمرار.
• Ensuring that medical staff receives appropriate training and professional development opportunities. This helps maintain a skilled and adaptable medical team capable of responding to diverse challenges.
• ضمان حصول الطاقم الطبي على التدريب المناسب وفرص التطوير المهني. وهذا يساعد على  الحفاظ على فريق طبي ماهر وقابل للتكيف، وقادر على الاستجابة للتحديات المختلفة.
• Representing the organization in medical forums, advocating for healthcare needs, and building partnerships with relevant stakeholders. This may involve engaging with local communities to understand their healthcare needs.
• تمثيل المنظمة في المنتديات الطبية، والدعوة لاحتياجات الرعاية الصحية، وبناء شراكات مع الجهات المعنية ذات الصلة. قد يتضمن ذلك التفاعل مع المجتمعات المحلية لفهم احتياجاتهم الصحية.
• The Medical Coordinator/Head of Medics must ensure that, in the case of an emergency, he or she is aware of the location and route to the nearest medical facility(s), as well as their phone contact information, in order for the Casevac/Medevac Plan to be carried out successfully in accordance with SHO SOP’s.
• المنسق الطبي/ رئيس الاطباء التأكد من أنه في حالة الطوارئ، يكون على علم بموقع وطريق الوصول إلى أقرب مرفق طبي، وكذلك معلومات الاتصال الهاتفية به، لكي يتم تنفيذ خطة الإجلاء الطبي (Casevac/Medevac) بنجاح وفقًا لإجراءات التشغيل القياسية لـمنظنة شاريتيه الانسانية.
• The Medical Coordinator/Head of Medics must ensure that all medical equipment/supplies are maintained, and check medical supply expiration by conducting spot checks on the Medic Teams across SHO to ensure that all procedures have been followed and provide feedbacks once it’s required.
• يتعين على المنسق الطبي/ رئيس الاطباء التأكد من ان جميع المعدات/الإمدادات الطبية يتم المحافظة عليها وصيانتها وايضاَ تدقيق تاريخ الصلاحية لهذه المعدات والامدادات من خلال اجراء تدقيقات مفاجئة على الاطباء في كل مواقع العمل التابعة لمنظمة شاريتيه الانسانية لضمان التاكيد من ان جميع الاجراءات تم اتباعها مع امكانية اعطاء تغذية راجعة او ملاحظات عن الحاجة.
• The Medical Coordinator/Head of Medics will act as a deputy in the absence of any Medic throughout SHO, ensuring the smooth functioning of operations.
• سيقوم المنسق الطبي/ رئيس الاطباء بالعمل كنائب في غياب أي طبيب في منظمة شاريتيه الانسانية، لضمان سلامة سير عمليات الازالة
• The Medical Coordinator/Head of Medics must conduct quality assurance on a monthly basis on the medical team across SHO to ensure that all procedure are followed according to SHO’s SOP
• يتعين على المنسق الطبي/ رئيس الاطباء اجراء ضمان الجودة بشكل شهري لكل الفرق الطبية لمنظمة شاريتيه الانسانية والتاكيد على ان جميع الاجراءات تتم وفقاَ للاجراءات القياسية التابعة لمنظمة شاريتيه الانسانية .
• The Medical Coordinator/Head of Medic must ensure that PSEA is a key indicator in assessments, and surveys conducted by the operations team to verify that all procedures conform with SHO’s PSEA policy. Furthermore, the Operations Manager must ensure that PSEA activities are covered in Projects.
• يتعين على المنسق الطبي/ رئيس الفريق الطبي التأكد من أن الوقاية من الاستغلال والانتهاك الجنسي (PSEA) هو مؤشر رئيسي في التقييمات والمسوحات التي يجريها فريق العمليات للتحقق من أن جميع الإجراءات تتوافق مع سياسة الوقاية من الاستغلال والانتهاك الجنسي الخاصة بمنظمة شاريتيه الانسانية. وعلاوة على ذلك، يتعين على مدير العمليات التأكد من تغطية أنشطة الوقاية من الاستغلال والانتهاك الجنسي في المشاريع.
