We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Medical Director to join our healthcare organization. The Medical Director will provide clinical leadership and oversight, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical practice, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to driving innovation and quality improvement.Job Overview:

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for all medical services within the organization
• Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
• Provide guidance and support to clinical staff, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of clinical staff
• Lead quality improvement efforts, including the development of clinical protocols and guidelines
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care
• Represent the organization in professional forums and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Stay current with developments in healthcare policy, technology, and best practices

Requirements :

• Medical degree from an accredited university
• Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC)
• Membership in a relevant professional body
• Significant experience in clinical practice, with a strong background in a relevant specialty
• Previous leadership experience, ideally in a medical director or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to quality improvement and patient safety
• Postgraduate qualification in healthcare management or leadership
• Experience working in a senior leadership role within a healthcare organization
• Knowledge of healthcare policy and regulatory requirements in the UK
