The Medical Education Quality Assurance Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the Medical Education Quality Assurance Manager in implementing and maintaining a comprehensive quality management system for the medical education sector. The role involves assisting in the coordination of quality assurance activities, monitoring compliance with standards, and contributing to the continuous improvement of educational programs and processes.
❖ Key Responsibilities :
1. Support Quality Assurance Processes: Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes and procedures for medical education programs.
2. Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to quality assurance activities, including meeting minutes, reports, and audits .
3. Compliance Monitoring: Monitor compliance with internal policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements related to medical education quality assurance .
4. Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to educational outcomes, program effectiveness, and quality improvement initiatives .
5. Quality Improvement Initiatives: Assist in identifying opportunities for quality improvement in medical education programs and processes .
6. Training and Development: Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills in quality assurance practices .
7. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including faculty and staff, to ensure effective communication and implementation of quality assurance initiatives .
8. Assessment and Evaluation: Assist in the development and implementation of assessment and evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of medical education programs.
9. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on quality assurance activities and outcomes for review by management and accrediting bodies .

2. Previous experience in M&E or a related field is preferred .
