This role is primarily based in hospital settings, involving accuracy tests, calibrations, and occasional repairs. It’s a physically demanding position that requires keen attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage service contracts independently, ensuring exceptional technical support and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct accuracy tests and calibrations of medical devices in various healthcare settings.
• Utilize basic IT skills for software operations essential to service tasks.
• Serve as a frontline representative of the company with a strong work ethic and customer-focused approach.
• Occasional overnight stays as necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in technical service with demonstrated longevity in previous roles.
• Competency in basic software usage and IT skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Ideally based in South East England.
