As the Medical PA in London, you will support an experienced dermatologist who runs a couple of successful businesses and has a team of administrators to support him. You will predominantly support with payments, updating customer accounts and greeting patients.As the Medical PA in London, you will be:

• Processing customer payments
• Reconciling customer accounts
• Updating customer account
• Chasing customer payments
• Arranging patients appointments
• Collate the relevant documents to support customer appointments
• Meet and greet patients
• Answer the phone and email to patients
• Send out patient letters

Medical PA needed for a private dermatologist clinic in London|Work within a friendly and supportive medical environmentTo be successful in applying to the role of Medical PA, you should have: – Private medical experience– Experience as a Medical PA / Administrator– Ability to work 5 days in London– Excellent customer service skills– Strong attention to detailThis dermatology clinic in Central London operates from an attractive office space, surrounded by green open space and an abundance of popular places to eat and drink. The role is to replace someone who is retiring and could be taken on a temp to perm or permanent basis. The team are very friendly and the Dr has a calm and supportive manner.You will be rewarded with a salary of 33k-37k.
