Are you an organized friendly professional individual looking to make a real impact in primary care?We are currently looking for reception staff to provide vital cover across both our primary care and primary care network sites.You would be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, working in a dynamic, fast paced healthcare enviroment.We are happy to consider applications from candidates who are interested in either full or part time employment.Core hours are between 08:00 am and 08:00pm Monday – Friday. Candidates will be required to work across 2 or 3 of our sites.Main duties of the jobTo provide a high quality, professional reception and administrative service to patients, doctors, staff, colleagues, health service professionals and others.To act as the first point of contact for patients contacting the practice/hub and to portray the practice in the highest possible professional basis.To ensure that enquiries from patients are efficiently and courteously handled to the mutual satisfaction of the partners and patients.About usWe are a large busy teaching practice looking after nearly 25,000 patients across three sites. We use S1 clinical system.
