Braun Continence Care and Ostomy products across the North East. This a territory of key strategic value, bringing in over £4M in 2023 and is in 11% growth. The candidate will be working closely with the Nurse Specialists on territory and also the Sales Manager and Business Manager, identifying any opportunities to partner with the NHS, increasing market share and maximising profit for B.Braun UK.If you have a genuine passion for sales, are self-motivated, influential and are be willing to work hard for yourself, your territory and your team then we’d love to hear from you.Here’s what you can expect to be doing…

  • Working to develop new customer’s relationships to build and develop business. Key customers will include: specialist nurses, and senior decision makers (non-clinical and clinical) across both an acute and community setting in the NHS.
  • Developing business by increasing product awareness, sales and usage of the product range whilst maintaining up to date and accurate records for the territory in Salesforce.
  • Developing a high standard of knowledge for the Strategic Business Area and utilising an “Insight based” sales approach and methodology.
  • Developing a territory sales plan to prioritise and seek out new business opportunities by analysing the territory and following attraction, development and retention strategies with target accounts.
  • Participating in; customer meetings (in person and virtually), industry exhibitions, company conferences, focus groups, team meetings etc.
  • Working closely with key stakeholders in existing NHS Partnership Agreements to maximise Sales and Profit.
  • Implementing pathways and driving sales of product usage.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Be self-driven and goal orientated, with the tenacity to effectively handle and move past objections.
  • Excellent communication skills, being an active listener, with the ability to communicate effectively via digital platforms, in person, and to effectively present to senior levels internally and externally in addition to excellent selling, influencing and persuasive skills.
  • Experience in selling homecare products (Continence Care and Ostomy) and/or working within community and acute setting.
  • Be an excellent planner and problem solver with the aptitude to adapt and think creatively in an ever-changing environment.
  • Be self-motivated, enthusiastic and pro-active.
  • Able to form strong relationships with key contacts; easily and quickly.
  • Independent and confident with the ability to work on own initiative to meet deadlines and targets.
