– Rachael Lees, National Sales ManagerAre you an experienced medical Sales Specialist looking for a challenging, yet highly rewarding career that goes beyond selling?As part of a successful market leading and established team, you will be responsible for regional sales growth of our infusion pumps portfolio.B Braun’s market leading, infusion pump portfolio and supporting connectivity/medicines management services, is focused on delivering patient safety solutions and positive clinical outcomes, across all clinical areas including oncology, ICU and neonatal/paediatrics.Your role will be to drive sales, working within the NHS and private hospitals. You will work as a part of a team on large projects to implement the solution.Here’s what you can expect to be doing…

  • To achieve the sales target within your territory by selling the value proposition for a range of Infusion devices, associated consumables and services.
  • To maximise products sales by utilising a high level of product knowledge and selling skills.
  • To project manage installations and work closely with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • To establish and maintain strong relationships with key existing and potential customers.
  • To protect existing business and accounts by building strong relationships and delivery a high level of customer care and service.
  • To liaise with internal Technical Service and Clinical Therapy Team to meet the customer needs.
  • To attend and promote the company’s products at trade exhibitions, national and local .conferences/meetings and at customer sites.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Demonstrable success and proven experience in medical sales
  • Proven track record in selling capital equipment
  • A good understanding of subject areas such as Anatomy, Physiology and Pharmacology
  • Able to communicate at all levels within the NHS, from nursing staff, Technical to senior level clinical and managerial staff
  • Ability to prioritise and organise your own workload to meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment whilst working with and supporting your wider team.
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
  • Be flexible to meet business needs with full driving Licence
