We, “Mehad / Erbil Mission” pleased to invite all medical companies working in supplying of Medicines and medical supplies to participate in the above-mentioned bid, and submit their best financial, administrative, and technical proposals according to its bidding documents.

So, all interested companies, which are eligible to participate in this bid, can communicate with the supply chain / procurement section of the organization on the following email address:

Request for Participating in the Bid:

All companies must send their request for participating in the bid by email to the above email address as per the following:

The email subject must be:

Request for Participation in the BID No: T2-2024

The email content should contain the following minimum information:

–       Bid reference no. and title

–       The official name of the company according to license

–       The legal type of the company

–       The contact information of the company (telephone / fax number, email address, mobile number)

–       The detailed official company’s address

–       The name of the company’s official representative along with his/her contact information (email address and mobile number)

–       The request for participate in the bid statement “Dear MEHAD / Erbil Mission organization, Operations Department, Supply Chain / Procurement Section, we (add the official name of the company) company, confirm that, our company meets all eligibility criteria of participating in the above-mentioned bid, and we are interested to participate in it. So, please send us all bidding documents, related to this bid. We assure to you that, we shall not share those bidding documents and all its supporting documents with any other parties / companies. In addition, we declare that, we have the ability to issue legal invoices and receive cash money in Erbil / Iraq. You can find attached with this email the following documents (add the name of all annexes)”

–       Name and position of sender

The following documents must be annexed to the email:

–       The company legal license such as trade and chamber of commerce licenses.

–       The company’s profile and experiences

–       The company’s bank accounts information in one of the banks in the neighboring countries of Syria (Due to the current situation in Syria, a declaration from the company to receive cash money in Erbil / Iraq could be enough.

–        

Approval of Request for Participation in the Bid:

Once the “Request for Participation in the Bid” is received by the company, the request will be reviewed, and the company will be notified by accepting or rejecting their request by an official email issued by the supply chain section / procurement of the organization.

We shall accept to receive bids from only companies which have received an official acceptance on their request for participation in the bid.

All requests from companies which meets the following eligibility criteria will be accepted:

–       The company is a trading company legally registered (has a trade and chamber of commerce licenses).

–       The company should have the ability to issuing legal commercial invoices and has bank accounts . (Due to the current situation in Syria, a declaration from the company to receive cash money in Erbil / Iraq could be enough.

حالما يتم استلام طلب الشركة للمشاركة بالمناقصة وقيده من قبل المنظمة، سيتم دراسة هذا الطلب، واعلام الشركة المتقدمة بالطلب بالموافقة على طلبها أو رفضه عبر إيميل رسمي موجه من قسم المشتريات بالمنظمة.

لن يتم استلام أية عروض من أية شركة لم يتم الموافقة على طلبها عبر المنظمة بالشكل الرسمي (الإيميل).

سيتم قبول طلبات جميع الشركات المستوفية لشروط الأهلية التالية:

–     أن تكون الشركة تجارية ومرخصة بشكل رسمي (السجل التجاري وترخيص المهنة لدى غرفة التجارة).
