Membership and Project Officer

Position description

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the re-design and implementation of EFEE’s membership strategy;
• Identify and connect with prospective members at all levels;
• Foster engagement and deliver value to current members;
• Manage one or more EU-funded projects, ensuring high-quality implementation;
• Coordinate with partners, prepare reports, and organise project-related events.

Who We’re Looking For:

• University degree in International Relations, European Studies, or similar field;
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in a membership-based organisation;
• Proven skills in membership development and EU project management;
• Fluent English (written and spoken); other EU languages are a plus;
• Organised, proactive, and committed to EFEE’s mission;
• Applicants must have a right to work in Belgium in order to be considered.
