The Scope
Main Roles & Responsibilities
• To analyse the membership in the region to identify the gaps in the chamber and geographical distribution.
• To identify potential members to strengthen FSC mission in the region.
• To recruit new members and retain existing ones.
• To create and implement outreach strategies to expand FSC International membership base in the region.
• To create and implement strategies to achieve high-quality standards of member service.
• To keep members updated on all key FSC processes and key membership topics.
• To inform and train members in the region as necessary.
• To develop an engagement plan to increase and diversify the participation of members from the different chambers.
Your profile
• Education and Training:
o University degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, International Relations, Communications, Social Sciences, etc.
Working Experience, Style and Skills:
o At least 5 years of professional experience, with at least two years in a role with relevant out-reach and stakeholder relations and development.
o Experience in working with international organizations and international project teams and network partners.
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and French.
o Service and solution-oriented attitude to work.
o Collaborative working style and team building skills.
o Strong networking skills.
o Ability to work well as a member of a multi-cultural, inter-disciplinary global team.
• Communication Skills & Languages:
o Very good verbal and written communication skills.
o Fluency in English (spoken and written).
o Fluency in another European language is an asset.
• Computer Skills:
o Very good skills in the use of standard software packages (MS Office).
o Customer Relations Management (CRM) systems, for example Salesforce and/or Dynamics.

The Fine Print
• Location: Bonn, Germany.
• Working Hours: Full time – 40 hours per week.
• Duration of Employment: Temporary contract – 2years (extension possible, subject to satisfactory performance).
• Starting Date: As soon as possible.
• Travel: Sporadic travel is required.
