Part of the Marketing Department, the Membership Marketing Manager leads on developing and enhancing the organisation’s relationship with our members, ticket buyers, visitors and customers in order to achieve annual membership acquisition and revenue targets.Using customer insights, the role aims to generate income and meet commercial targets for Roundhouse lower-level memberships for audiences and donation campaigns, as well as increase engagement with the Roundhouse brand and charitable work.The Membership Marketing Manager reports directly to the Head of Marketing and is responsible for the line management of the part-time Membership Coordinator.Weekend and evening work may be required according to business needs.About you:

Salary: £37,500 per annum
