The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Men’s Support Services team as a Men’s Behaviour Change Facilitator in a casual role. Working from our Sandringham and/or Frankston offices, as well as locations in Moorabbin and Dandenong you will provide professional intake and assessment services for men perpetrating family violence and co-facilitate the Men’s Behaviour Change Program within the community.

We are looking for degree qualified, skilled and passionate people who embody the Family Life Way principles to deliver trauma informed support to our clients and achieve positive outcomes for communities. If you have skills and expertise working in the Family Violence space and a passion for working with men who have used violence to support them to achieve positive behaviour change, and ultimately prevent future violence, then we would love to hear from you!
