We are looking for an experienced Mental Health Clinical Lead to provide clinical leadership and management to theregistered nurses and care teams. Deputise on behalf of the Deputy/Head of Healthcare whenrequired. Working closely with partners to maintain a robust, high quality clinical service for patients.Ensure that own clinical practice is consistent with autonomous practice within the role. You willmodel a culture of compassion, care, courage, commitment, communication and competence.What you’ll be doingThe successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse (Mental Health) with a current professional qualification (NMC) and will carry out the role with a non-judgmental and compassionate approach. Knowledge of healthcare policies and best practice would be advantageous, as well as a proactive approach to problem solving.Interested in clinical/professional development? You’ll receive an annual salary up to £XXX per annum FTE – depending on experience. (Refer to national salary template. Add FTE if a part-time role)It doesn’t stop there… we also offer:
