To excel in this role, you will also have:

  • Ability to maintain positive stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders
  • Strong commitment to professional practice, ethical principles and standards, service delivery and performance
  • Ability to interpret and utilise evidence-based practice frameworks and apply them within a contemporary model of working with young people and their families/carers
  • A thorough understanding of the mental health and broader service system

With your high level of interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving and negotiation skills, you will be specially equipped to speak with young people in the early stages of help-seeking.

Who you’ll be working with

This is a fantastic opportunity to work at a brand-new school, and as part of an exciting new partnership with headspace!
