An exciting opportunity has a risen for a full time RMN, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist to join the Fareham Community Mental Health Team. We would also be interested in applications from newly qualified practitioners and on completion of the Trust Preceptorship Programme and completing specific competencies you will be fast tracked to a Band 6 Post.You will have the opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team and provide support to people with severe and enduring mental health needs, who require community support. The work is varied and interesting and there is a strong team approach ensuring good support for the successful applicant. The role requires lone working, use of initiative and a commitment to team working and service user empowerment.
