Mentor

Aid Gate Organization is seeking a Mentor to provide career guidance, mentorship, and psychosocial support to trainees participating in Work-Based Learning programmes. The mentor will support awareness and outreach efforts, maintain positive relationships with trainees and their families, coordinate closely with WBL coordinators, monitor trainee engagement and retention, provide timely follow-up and motivation during implementation, help resolve workplace challenges, assess trainee behaviour and performance with the wider team, provide career guidance and employability support, and contribute to programme monitoring and evaluation activities.

Candidates should have proven experience in mentoring, coaching, or career guidance. Background in psychosocial support, counselling, or social work is considered an asset. Experience working with youth and/or vocational training programmes is preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism.
