• You will be responsible for the complete estimation of the MEP works in our high-tech projects (primarily data centers in Germany and the neighboring European countries)
• You will check tender documents and carry out quantity take-offs and first budget assessments
• You will develop tender documents incl. BoQ’s, scope of works and other technical descriptions for our subcontractors and suppliers. You are going to be the contact person for these companies during their tendering phase. You will evaluate the offers of our partners and recommend which cost to include in the overall estimate
• You shall continuously analyze typical MEP cost elements, unit prices or indirect costs to use them as parameters and benchmarks for further budget and cost estimates

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed your studies in the field of mechanical or electrical engineering or building management systems or an equivalent combination of education / training and experience in MEP trades
• You have several years of professional experience in the estimation of mechanical or electrical works, ideally in data center projects or other mission critical projects with high MEP content
• With your high degree of understanding of 2D/3D/BIM and your good knowledge of related quantity take-off, you are interested in model-based work. You are familiar with common estimation software (e.g. RIB iTwo)
• You have good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• High motivation, teamwork, and communication skills come naturally to you
