Micro-business Consultant

In Kenya, many women who have a disability are exploited and overlooked, forced to beg on the streets to scratch a living for themselves and their children. Help us support ladies with disabilities to start and succeed in their
own businesses, specifically in soap making and tailoring. We offer training
and skills to ladies with disabilities so that they can support their own
families and live in safety, removing them from the streets and providing
housing, which ensures not only their safety but also increases their
self-value. We also work with their families, supporting their children to be
able to receive education and helping them to stand on their own feet, with the
support of a community around them. We are looking for people willing to share their
business skills with us, if applicable to engage in counselling to help those
we work with to process the trauma they have faced and for people to lead Bible
studies and come alongside the families that we work with.
