Mission Enabling Associate Minister

Based in Northend, we seek a dynamic and dedicated Associate Minister to join our team. Working collaboratively, this role is a unique opportunity to combine parish ministry with mission- enabling across the deanery.

The role

Half-Time: Associate Minister for Dassett Magna

• Primary responsibility for mission and ministry in Dassett Magna.
• Engaging, motivating and inspiring the congregations in worship
• Teaching and enabling outreach to the growing and changing communities in the benefice

Half-Time: Deanery Rural Mission Enabler

• Supporting rural churches across the deanery to establish and nurture new worshipping communities.
• Collaborating with incumbents and lay leaders to help establish and support new mission initiatives.
• Encouraging innovative approaches to church growth and re-imagining ministry in rural contexts.
