Werde Mitgründer:in bei ToysReloved! Ein aufstrebendes Start-up, das die Circular Economy für Kinderspielzeug mobilisiert. Wir haben den bequemsten Second-Hand-Service für Spielzeug entwickelt, mit dem Eltern ihre nicht mehr benötigten Spielsachen mit einem Klick weitergeben und Gutes tun können.

Wir, also Bennet und Sascha, sind mit ToysReloved auf der Mission, die plastikintensivste Industrie der Welt hin zu einem nachhaltigen Konsum zu verändern. ToysReloved reduziert Plastikmüll und CO2-Emissionen durch den Ersatz von neu durch gebraucht. Hierfür suchen wir eine Mitgründer:in, die leidenschaftlich an Technologie, E-Commerce und Nachhaltigkeit interessiert ist.

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

• Wir entwickeln gemeinsam unsere Unternehmensstrategie und Du gestaltest aktiv unsere Tech-Vision
• Du managst den Software-Stack der Plattform und entwickelst diesen weiter.
• Du entwickelst Backend-Anwendungen für interne Prozesse (z.B. KI-gestützte Erfassung und Bewertung von gebrauchtem Spielzeug) sowie APIs zu eBay, Amazon, Shopify u.a.
• Du entwickelst die technische Seite unserer Abholservices weiter, unseren Online-Shop und verbesserst das Nutzererlebnis.
• Du hilfst aktiv dabei mit unsere Mission zu verwirklichen, verantwortungsvollen Konsum zu fördern, sowie Spielzeugabfall und CO2 Emissionen zu reduzieren.

Das bringst du mit:

• Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Backend-Anwendungen, sowie erste Kenntnisse mit AI-Modellen. Optional: NoCode-Entwicklung Erfahrung (Bubble.io).
• Lösungsorientierte hands-on Mentalität und eine strukturierte sowie analytische Arbeitsweise.
• Deutsch und Englisch.

ToysReloved is a young and striving start-up fueling the circular economy for children’s toys. We have developed the most convenient second-hand service for toys, with which parents can pass on their no longer needed toys with one click and do good.

We, Bennet and Sascha, are on a mission with ToysReloved to change the most plastic-intensive industry in the world towards sustainable consumption. ToysReloved reduces plastic waste and CO2 emissions by replacing new with used. For this, we are looking for a co-founder who is passionate about technology, e-commerce, and sustainability.

Your tasks:

• You actively shape our technology vision and develop the company strategy with us.
• You manage the software stack of the platform and develop it further.
• You develop backend applications for internal processes (e.g. AI-supported recognition and evaluation of used toys) as well as interfaces to eBay, Amazon, Shopify, etc.
• You develop the technical side of our pick-up services, our online shop and improve the user experience.
• You actively help to realize our mission to promote responsible consumption, as well as the reduction of toy waste and CO2 emissions.

What you bring:

• Experience in the development of backend applications, as well as first knowledge with AI models. Optional: NoCode development experience (Bubble.io).
• Solution-oriented hands-on mentality and a structured as well as analytical way of working.
• German and English.
