As part of the nation’s leading upland habitat organization, this position directly supports over 600 employees in 40 states. This position is highly collaborative and forward-thinking reporting to the Chief of Human Resource Officer and partners directly with senior leadership across the organization.

Physical Demands:
Travel: This position requires minimal travel in the U.S. Potential travel to the annual Pheasant Fest and Quail Classic, as well as perhaps 1-2 team meetings per year.
Education and Experience Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience required. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience with payroll and ADP Workforce Now and would enjoy supporting employees in the field as well as at headquarters to contribute to the achievement of our conservation objectives and to retain employees.
Salary and Benefits: $60,000 to $70,000 (commensurate with skill set and experience) with annual performance-based raises, plus benefits include:
