You’ll take on additional responsibilities while supporting multiple practices and ensuring the highest standard of optical care. As a Mobile Dispensing Optician, you’ll be key in maintaining clinical standards, providing training, and supporting new and existing team members across Crawley and surrounding areas.Provide cover to practices in Crawley and surrounding areas, ensuring clinical standards are maintained across all locations.Regular travel to different practices, meeting patients and staff to deliver high-quality optical care.Assist patients in selecting the right frames and lenses, tailoring recommendations based on their prescription and lifestyle needs.Ensure the correct fitting of lenses and provide frame adjustments or repairs to guarantee comfort and optimal vision.Advise patients on lens types, coatings, and frame styles, making recommendations based on the latest trends and individual preferences.Manage patient eyewear orders, ensuring accurate specifications are recorded and orders are tracked to completion.Provide outstanding customer service by addressing patient concerns, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction with their eyewear.Ensure that optical equipment and materials are maintained in good working order, and stock levels of frames, lenses, and optical products are kept up to date.Assist with vision tests and other clinical procedures as needed, ensuring that all patient data is accurately recorded.Full UK Driving Licence and the ability to comfortably commute within Crawley and the surrounding areas.A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, mobile working environment.Competitive SalaryTraining and Development Opportunities📞 Interested?
