Reach Beyond exists to bring the voice and hands of Jesus to unreached and under-engaged communities. Through media, community development, and healthcare initiatives, we share the good news of Jesus Christ and demonstrate His love in tangible ways. We partner with churches, local organisations, and individuals worldwide to see communities transformed by the gospel.

Are you someone who loves helping people discover their place in God’s global mission? If you are energised by connecting with people, dreaming up fresh approaches to mobilisation, and finding innovative ways to send workers to where they’re most needed, this role could be for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and innovation of Reach Beyond UK’s mobilisation strategy.

• Engage and inspire individuals, churches, and groups to explore cross-cultural mission.

• Mentor and coach potential missionaries through discernment and preparation.

• Coordinate recruitment, assessment, and pre-field training.

• Provide ongoing care and support to missionaries and their sending churches.

• Partner with other mission agencies, networks, and colleges to strengthen mobilisation.

• Support safeguarding, HR, and administrative processes related to mobilisation and personnel care.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a personal, active Christian faith consistent with Reach Beyond’s Statement of Faith.

• Brings experience in cross-cultural mission or international ministry.

• Is passionate about helping others discover and live out their mission calling.

• Possesses excellent interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills.

• Thrives in a collaborative, prayerful, and innovative ministry environment.

• Is confident using Microsoft Office and online tools (Teams, Zoom, Trello, etc.).

Desirable qualities include experience in recruitment, HR, or training; working with churches in mission mobilisation; and familiarity with support-raising or safeguarding in mission work.

Faith Requirement

This post carries an Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010 that the post-holder be a practising Christian who fully supports the values, beliefs, and mission of Reach Beyond.
