The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Manager will lead IFES’ program monitoring, evaluation reporting in Bangladesh.

Lead the design and implementation of M&E;
Develop and manage program tracking and reporting tools; work with partners and IFES staff to orient on tracking tool use;
Collect monitoring and evaluation data for activities, including through monitoring visits as needed;
Conduct monitoring visits to project activities;
Ensure IFES’ compliance with data entry into performance monitoring systems across three donors (e.g. TrainNET, DevResults);
Compile and review partner data for donor reporting;
Assist with implementing program evaluations, as necessary;
Lead the development of documents including promotional/background materials, external communications, internal and donor reports, project proposals, and correspondence;
